Privacy Policy

Wiggle is a small social drawing app for making tiny doodle loops with friends. This policy explains the information Wiggle uses to run the app.

Information We Collect

We collect account information you use to sign in, your profile name, avatar, friend code, friend and group relationships, drawings, replies, and basic timestamps needed to show your feed and keep wiggles moving.

Before sign-in, we ask you to confirm that you are 13 or older. We store that confirmation, but we do not ask for or store your full birthday.

If you contact support, we collect the contact information and message content you send us so we can respond.

We also collect limited product interaction events, such as sign-in, onboarding, wiggle creation, friend invites, reports, blocks, account deletion confirmations, website page views, and App Store download button clicks. These analytics events do not include drawing payloads, friend codes, email addresses, profile names, invite URLs, or support message content. We collect crash and performance diagnostics from iOS MetricKit to troubleshoot reliability issues.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate your account, show your profile to friends, deliver shared wiggles, support friend invites, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

Sharing

Your profile and doodles are shared with the friends, groups, and invite recipients you choose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Service Providers

Wiggle uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and PostHog for product analytics. These providers process data so the app can function and improve. Wiggle does not enable PostHog session replay, automatic screen recording, or advertising tracking.

App Store Privacy Details

For App Store privacy labels, Wiggle may collect data linked to your account, including email address, user ID, profile content, doodles, friend and group relationships, product interaction data, crash data, performance data, reports, blocks, account deletion confirmations, and customer support messages. Wiggle does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, payment information, or advertising identifiers.

Data Controls

You can update your profile in the app. You can delete your account from the account section of your profile. You can also contact support@wiggle.social for help with privacy requests.

Account Deletion

Account deletion starts immediately from the app. Your profile is hidden and your account can only reach the restore screen for 24 hours. If you do not restore the account during that window, Wiggle automatically purges your account record and associated personal data, including profile data, friend relationships, groups, doodles, app events, and diagnostics, unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Children

Wiggle is not directed to children under 13. The app asks users to confirm they are 13 or older before sign-in, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete the account and data as appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy as Wiggle changes. We will update the effective date when we make material changes.
